HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY DELIVERY TO ARRIVE:  

Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia. Please note that all orders received after 12pm on a Friday and over the weekend are processed the following Monday. 

TRACK YOUR DELIVERY:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a email with a tracking number. If you do not receive an email, please contact customer service. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to register.

Australian customers can track their parcels here.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  

International customers can browse the site and check-out in AUD Dollars. 

Please note: Ambition is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian regulations, we are prohibited by law from marking any orders as a ‘gift’.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, as we endeavour to pack and post orders daily we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and select the correct shipping before placing your order.  

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?

We do our best to make sure all parcels arrive as quickly and safely as possible. We recommend contacting our customer service team before Australia Post, with your name and order number so we can help you receive your parcel as soon as possible!
