"Empathetic, Curious & Driven.

How do you maintain your confidence when facing challenges or self doubt?

"Self compassion is key. Instead of seeing challenges, i view them as opporunities to grow and refine my skills. Ask yourself: What can i learn from this? I think that true confidence comes from action. It's also really important to surround yourself with people who want to see you thrive."

What does Ambition mean to you?

"Ambition means not giving up just because the going gets tough, but at the same time, knowing when it's time to throw in the towel and move on to something better".

What gives you energy?

"I always feel so energised after my therapy sessions with clients. I think it's so important to find work that feels meaningful and aligned."

What's one inspirational quote that you live by?

"Steve Jobes: Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone elses life."
