"Driven, Creative & Balanced."

What are you most proud of?

“I have two moments that spring to mind - 1. Getting into an Ivy League school in the US and studying abroad. 2. Pitching and acquiring the AFL art license.”

What does Ambition mean to you?

“Ambition to me is centred around the idea of goal setting. It doesn’t even have to be work related! As long as you have something to strive for, and are constantly working to achieve your dreams in all areas of life - to me, that is the core of ambition.”

What’s one thing that you would tell your younger self? (knowing what you know now)?

“Life doesn’t go to plan. But it does work out! As long as you learn lessons along the way, you can use your experiences to create a great life.”

What’s the biggest risk you have taken in business?

“I can’t recall a BIG scary life changing risk, however there have been so many necessary risks you need to take to grow a business. Do you try a new method of advertising? Could it pay off, or could it drain your bank account. Do you bring out a completely new style of product? Will it be popular, or will it flop? I think in order to run a business successfully, you have to take risks pretty much all the time.”
