Returns And Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:

We hope you love all of your Ambition The Label purchases but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We will happily provide you with an exchange, store credit or full refund (excluding original and return shipping costs) on all full priced items, as long as your return meets the below requirements.

Please note that discounted items and items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for an exchange or a store credit. This excludes the 10% new subscriber offer.

Exchanges are only available to Australian customers at this time.

Please note, items marked as final sale cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange.

Make sure you check over the size guide and fit comments before you checkout, so you know exactly what you will receive. We want to help you get the best fit possible so if you are unsure, send us a message and we can help you.

Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

All Australian returns will incur a flat fee of $9.99 to cover the cost of return shipping. USA returns will incur a flat fee of $11.99.

Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Items must be returned with all original tags.

Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan etc.

Ambition The Label reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost. 

Ambition The Label is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. For returns outside of Australia and USA, we recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging. By placing an order with Ambition The Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns.

 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are only available to Australian customers at this time.We offer complimentary express shipping on all new exchange orders but please note all returns will incur a $9.99 flat fee to cover the prepaid return shipping label.If you opt for an 'Instant Exchange' we will place your new order immediately. We recommend choosing this option to avoid disappointment as we do not reserve stock for standard exchanges. Please note, we will hold the full amount on your credit/debit card until we have received and processed the return item, for instant exchanges. Please ensure you return the item you are exchanging within 14 days of requesting the exchange to avoid being charged for that item.


HOW LONG DOES IT WAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN:

Upon receiving your return, we will send you an email to let you know that it has arrived. We aim to process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email when we have processed your refund. Your refund will be processed back to the original credit card you made the purchase with. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE:

We strive for the highest quality and hope you will never receive a faulty or damaged item. Understandably, no one is perfect so we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible! If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We will happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue. Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customer service team, we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.We ask that you contact the team via email with images of the damage so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

PLEASE INITIATE YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE BY EMAILING US.

Please note that for international returns the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
