SHIPPING DELAYS:  

*Please note we are experiencing delays with Australia Post due to ongoing COVID & extreme weather conditions impacting the ability to transport mail and parcels via air and road networks.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY DELIVERY TO ARRIVE:  

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please note that all orders received after 12pm on a Friday and over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

TRACK YOUR DELIVERY:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive an email, please contact customer service. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to register.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  

International customers can browse the site and check-out in AUS Dollars. 

Please note* Ambition cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian regulations, we are prohibited by law from marking any orders as a ‘gift’.

PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

Please note, after a launch night, processing times may take 1-4 business days for the order to be shipped, due to an increased volume of orders.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, as we endeavour to pack and post orders daily we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and select the correct shipping before placing your order. 

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?

We do our best to make sure all parcels arrive as quickly and safely as possible. We recommend contacting our customer service team before Australia Post, with your name and order number so we can help you receive your parcel as soon as possible!
